Vikings At Bears NFL Week 11
The NFC North lead will be on the line when the Minnesota Vikings take on the Chicago Bears in this week’s edition of Sunday Night Football. The game will be played at Soldier Field on Sunday, November 18. It is scheduled to begin at 8:20 PM. ET. Vikings at Bears NFL Week 11 next!
Minnesota Vikings Analysis:
The Vikings came into the season expected to dominate the division. This is because they signed Kirk Cousins to lead a team loaded with talent on both sides. However, they struggled at the beginning of the season. Vikings won only one of their first four games. This did not make the fans happy.
Since then, the Vikings have won four of their last five games and will be trying to take the division lead when they face the Bears.
The Vikings struggled defensively at the start of the season. However, they have played better lately. They are holding opponents to 22.7 points per game. This is 11th in the league. Their offense also struggled early on. This was because their running game was inconsistent. However, they have also picked things up and are looking like a team that will be a factor once the playoffs start.
Chicago Bears Analysis:
Not too many people expected the Bears to lead the NFC North this late in the season, but they have worked their way to the top thanks to one of the best defenses in the league.
NFL Week 11
The Bears are giving up 19.4 points per game, which is fourth in the league. Their defense is led by former Defensive Player of the Year Khalil Mack. Mack was traded to Chicago before the start of the season. Mack has made an immediate impact on the defense and will be counted on to lead them to a win over the Vikings.
Chicago’s offense has also played well this season thanks to second-year quarterback Mitch Trubisky, who has improved drastically since his rookie season. The team will need Trubisky and the offense to put up some early points so their defense has some room to work with as they go after Cousins and the Vikings.
The Bears are favored to win this game by three points. The over/under on total points scored is 45.5.
This is going to be a close contest. This will come down to which team takes better care of the ball. With the Bears having only one win against a team with a winning record, take the Vikings +3 in this game. Which team do you pick?
