NFL Thanksgiving Games 2017
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day! To help enjoy all of your festivities we have updated betting odds for NFL Thanksgiving Games 2017 with the Vikings and Lions kicking off first at 12:30 PM EST, followed by the Chargers at Cowboys with a kickoff time of 4:30 PM EST, with the late game scheduled to start at 8:30 PM EST
The Los Angeles Chargers will participate in the annual Thanksgiving game this year when they visit the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium. The game will is scheduled to begin at 4:30 PM. ET.
Los Angeles Chargers Betting –
The Chargers will be trying to win their second consecutive game when they go up against the Dallas Cowboys, who are struggling without left tackle Tyron Smith and starting running back Ezekiel Elliott, who will be sitting out the third game of his six game suspension.
The Chargers defense came up big on Sunday, intercepting Buffalo quarterback Nathan Peterman five times in the first half, helping the team get an easy win at home.
Despite the easy victory on Sunday, the Chargers offense struggled to get in the end zone, and accounted for only four of the team’s touchdowns.
If they plan on winning the game against the Cowboys, they will have to do a better job moving the ball around, especially on the ground, where they are averaging 94.4 yards per game.
Dallas Cowboys Betting –
The Cowboys have lost two straight games, and can’t afford to lose a third straight if they want to make the playoffs this season.
As expected, Elliott’s absence has affected their offense, and has forced the team to rely more on Dak Prescott to get things going.
Unfortunately for the Cowboys, Prescott wasn’t able to get the team going on Sunday night, throwing three interceptions in their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Alfred Morris did a decent job filling in for the suspended Elliott, rushing for 91 yards on 17 carries. However, the Cowboys had to abandon the run in the third quarter after falling behind the Eagles.
This week, expect to see the Cowboys focus on running the ball more, so Prescott doesn’t have to force throws like he did on Sunday.
