Chiefs Patriots Week 6
Looking for Chiefs Patriots Week 6 odds? The biggest game of week 6 of the NFL season is the Sunday Night Football matchup. Between the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs and the New England Patriots. The game will be played at Gillette Stadium on Sunday, October 14. Also, it is scheduled to begin at 8:20 PM. ET.
Kansas City Chiefs Analysis:
The Chiefs are off to another fast start to their season. However, things feel different this season thanks to the performance of second-year quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Mahomes has been sensational so far.
Mahomes has completed 63 percent of his passes. These were for 1,513 yards, 14 touchdowns, and two interceptions. The picks came in their last game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Chiefs have also run the ball consistently. Averaging 115.6 rushing yards per game, which is 12th in the league.
With the offense averaging a league-leading 35 points per game, the Patriots will need to be great to slow the Chiefs offense down. Do you agree?
Kareem Hunt picked up where he left off last season and leads the team with 376 rushing yards and four touchdowns, which is fourth in the league. In his first NFL game, Hunt terrorized the Patriots defense.
After fumbling on his first carry of the game, Hunt bounced back and finished with 148 rushing yards and one touchdown, and also had 98 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The Chiefs might be real.
With the Patriots struggling against the run, expect to see plenty of Hunt on Sunday night.

New England Patriots Analysis:
Due to his unprecedented success as a head coach, Bill Belichick is hardly second-guessed, but after the team’s 3-2 start, he deserves some blame for some of his offseason moves.
The Patriots traded wide receiver Brandin Cooks, whom they acquired last offseason and led all receivers in yards and touchdowns, to the Los Angeles Rams. They lost Danny Amendola to the Miami Dolphins and started the season without any real depth at the receiver position, which is one of the reasons Tom Brady struggled at the start of the year.
In his first game back after serving a four-game suspension, Julian Edelman gave Brady a reliable target and not surprisingly, the quarterback had his biggest passing game of the year, completing 77 percent of his passes for 341 yards.
With the Chiefs and their high-scoring offense coming into town, Brady will have to keep up with Kansas City’s offense because New England’s defense hasn’t been very good this season. If they are unable to score consistently, they will have a hard time winning this game.
The Patriots are favored to win this game by 3.5 points. The over/under on total points scored is 59.
The Patriots don’t have the firepower to keep up with the Chiefs, who are trying to prove they are legitimate. Their defense might slow Kansas City down a little, but it won’t be enough to prevent the Chiefs from winning this game. Take the Chiefs +3.5 and the over in this one.
